Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court records, while sealed, juvenile, adoption, mental-health, and restricted criminal records have limits. The hard part in Chatham County is figuring out which office holds the file. The Clerk of Superior Court handles Superior Court civil, criminal, domestic, real estate, lien, and UCC records.
